千万 can express "be sure to", "must", or 'be certain to". It is used when giving suggestions, reminders, recommendations, or commands. It adds emphasis that something should or shouldn't be done.

1. 千万不要忘记带教科书。
Qiān wàn bùyào wàngjì dài jiàokēshū.
You must not forget your schoolbooks.
2. 他们 的 产品 是 假 的，你 千万 不要 买！
Tāmen de chǎnpǐn shì jiǎ de, nǐ qiānwàn bùyào mǎi!
Their products are fake. DO NOT buy them!
3.千万别相信一个手里拿手枪的女人。
Qiān wàn bié xiāngxìn yīgè shǒu lǐ ná shǒuqiāng de nǚrén。
Never trust a woman with a pistol in hand.
4. 过马路千万要小心。
Guò mǎlù qiānwàn yào xiǎoxīn.
When crossing the street, you really must be careful。
5. 你千万别忘了明天的会议。
Nǐ qiān wàn bié wàngle míngtiān de huìyì.
You must not forget tomorrow's meeting.
