Location: Gurgaon

Exp required:4+ yrs in Supplier Master Data Management

Role & Responsibilities:

Global Supplier Master Services (GSMS) (language expert – Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Taiwanese)

Indirect Procurement operations. The position will work under the supervision of the

Global Sourcing Supervisor and be responsible for:

- Language expert (Read, write, speak) in Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Korean.

Displays highest level of integrity in handling sensitive supplier and employee data.

- Ensures proper control, recording and classification of transactions.

- Understand SOX requirements and ensure processes are compliant to business

controls.

- Evaluates Current Supplier setup processes and provides recommendations.

- Duties involve analysis and new/ customized approaches.

- Solves problems requiring depth of knowledge of vendor master management

processes, requirements, and procedures.

- Determines and develops approaches to Supplier data adds/changes and processes.

- Continuously provided value additions to the processes through process improvement

suggestions.

- Demonstrates an understanding of P2P End to End Processes.
